My New Breakfast Obsession

1 slice homemade rye bread, toasted
1 tablespoon almond butter (freshly ground, of course)
1 banana, sliced

Directions: put together and enjoy.

Only two words can describe this: yu-um.

Doesn't sound like a lot?  The combination of whole grains, protein and starch (the good-for-you kind) kept me full for 3 hours.  And did I mention: yu-um?
